About Me

: Welcome to the United States Karate Academy! My name is Miguel Serrano, and I am the Director and Founder of this academy. As a 7th Degree Black Belt with over 55 years of martial arts training, I have dedicated my life to sharing the timeless values and discipline of Okinawa Goju-Ryu Karate-Do, the ancient art of Kobudo (weaponry), and Fitness Kickboxing. Since 1993, I have had the privilege of teaching children, teens, and adults in the Colorado Springs community, helping families grow stronger together through the martial arts. Whether you're looking to instill confidence and discipline in your child, enhance your personal fitness, or dive deep into traditional martial arts, we have a program for you.
